What should I share when I contact you?
Send the test request, if one has been issued, and tell us your district and preferred contact time. The test list is clarified before the visit. Processing time depends on the tests and laboratory arrangements, and is discussed with you rather than promised in advance.
Preparation and result delivery
Some tests have specific preparation requirements. We clarify relevant instructions before collection. Do not stop prescribed medicines or fast unless instructed for your particular tests. Results should be interpreted by an appropriate clinician in the context of your symptoms and history.
